Hotbuttons

I use frequency ui and love the ui but i like hotbuttons that go side to side..horizontal i guess.. .anyone know how to change these and can give an explanation of how to do it? As i am not the best comp guy in the world. Any help would be much appreciated.

eqinterface.com has them too. I use a shrunk version so they take up less room.
