Also can anyone tell me how to get the Mentoring button to work for leader abilities? Oh and the AA tab for the new expansion too pls.
The New UI link has all of that. There were extensive changed to the UI. Everything for the UI works atm (Regen timer, AA's, etc)

BTW the mentoring button only works if you're group leader of a group of 3 or more and have LAAs turned on.

I reloaded the Files for Download. Took them directly from the UI folder I'm currently using.

Are you copying the zip into a new folder?? not just overwriting the old UI??

Create a new folder in your UI folder, and name it KrustTSS. Unzip the UI download, open the folder, copy all the UI parts into your new KrustTSS folder.

Then in game type /loadskin KrustTSS

It sounds like your overwriting the old files vice using the new ones. This custom UI uses some of the XML files from the default UI, with the New tga files from Krust. Give that a shot then post what happens. Again, this is directly from my UI folder, zipped, and posted, working just fine for me.

In case anyone didn't know. Any UI pieces not included in a custom UI folder, the default UI piece is used. Thats why the folder size has gotten smaller. Basically it will load all the custom pieces, and anything missing comes from the default folder.

Trouble with shrink and mod rods

Post by Muffinnutz » Fri Oct 13, 2006 10:28 pm

When krust tries to click a rod i get a message saying I don't have the spell loaded. I see the rod get taken from the bag though.

When i /shrinkself (wand of Imperceptability) krust says i am shrinking but doesn't actually get and click the wand.

Krust is detecting the rods and wand according to the text at start up. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I'l take a look at the modrod coding, see if I missed anything.

As far as the Shrink self command, It is working fine. If you height is alreay below the preset value, it's not going to shrink you.

Next time it does this, type /echo ${Me.Height} if the number it returns is 2.00 or less, you are already shrunk. It will not click it, if your height is below that.

Quickie regarding the Krust Window.....I believe the macro is thinking my class is CLR, when in fact I am a SHD, but only as relates to the list it provides for missing buffs. Unless I am completely newb, "Armor" is a self-only cleric buff, yet it always tells me I am missing it when wearing tenacity (Under melee in the krust window).

Any similar issues?

Reward screen

Post by montran » Wed Nov 01, 2006 11:49 am

First, I have to say that I love this UI. However, I noticed a problem last night. After completing a quest, I wanted to open my rewards window. I clicked on quests and then rewards. No window opened. I thought maybe I had the window hidden behind something else, so I moved all my windows around and tried again a couple of times. No rewards window. Now I should state that I did completely remove the old Krust when I loaded the new download. I even did that again last night after I saw this problem. If I go to the default UI, I do see the rewards window when chosen from the quest command. I do not see any error messages or get a CTD. The window just does not show. Any help would be great.

Thanks

The rewards window is probably not included in the download for krust, you may need to find which xml file it is in the default UI and copy it over.
Reading . . . it's not just for me.

the EQUI.xml file for krust includes the reward selection window, not sure why it wouldn't show up.

You can do like fearless said, and copy the RewardSelectionWnd.xml file from default to your krust folder then reload the UI, that might help. Otherwise, I guess I have some fixing to do.

Question...

Since I play a large (blind) race I use my Guise of the Deceiver just about all the time in game. I've gone so far as to disable the raid checks in the inc file to allow Krust to keep the illusion on me at all times. Thing is, whenever the illusion refreshes you lose your shrink. Not a good thing in crowded raid situations.

What I was wondering was if there was any way to make shrink a permanent thing, just like the illusion? I had thought of using my Wand of Imperceptibilty as a clicky and configure it in the INI but dunno how that would work since size isn't really a buff and shrink doesnt actually wear off as much as get reset when the illusion refreshes. Can I maybe add a section to the INC like the illusion that will keep me at a certain % size?

Any thoughts or ideas?
