Sorry I've been missing for a short while. My computer decided to fry it's chipset fan,a nd I had to wait for a new one to come in.

I'll be back soon, and making sure Krust is up-to-date again.

Puntaz:
Basically, your going to cut and paste each portion of the code posted by lesk into the appropriate places in the XML file. You'll see a portion at the bottom of the code, that will look similar to a portion of the code in your XML file. Aside from saying that, I'd actually have to go in and add the code, and change the XML file for you. Maybe you can find someone who's done it and have them email you a copy.

Thank you, I'll go over the code and look. Can you just use say notepad, or do you need to use an XML editor?

Help with Composers Greaves

Post by Mahretep » Tue May 09, 2006 12:19 pm

I would like to be able to use my clickie pants for selo's rather than a gem slot but krust won't find em or click them. Any help would rock.

I look into adding support for them this weekend. Work has been killer, and havent had much free time to keep things up to date with current clickies.

Anyone else with clickies that arent currently supported, please post them, and I'll do my best to get everything added again.

In the Krust.ini file you'll fine an entry that looks like this:

Code: Select all

[Druidplayername_RecognizedBuffs]
po9=Steeloak Skin
pot9=Steeloak Skin
9=Steeloak Skin
nine=Steeloak Skin
pot10=Steeloak Skin
stealoak=Steeloak Skin
steeloak=Steeloak Skin
steelowk=Steeloak Skin
steeloak skin=Steeloak Skin
ss=Steeloak Skin
sos=Steeloak Skin
steal=Steeloak Skin
skin=Steeloak Skin
steel=Steeloak Skin
oak=Steeloak Skin

sow=Spirit of Wolf
spirit of wolf=Spirit of Wolf
soe=Spirit of Eagle
eagle=Spirit of Eagle
spirit of eagle=Spirit of Eagle
spirit of eagles=Spirit of Eagle
foe=Flight of Eagles
flight of eagle=Flight of Eagles
flight of eagles=Flight of Eagles

pos=Protection of Seasons
season=Protection of Seasons
seasons=Protection of Seasons

str=Nature's Might
natures might=Nature's Might

lions=Lion's Strength
lions strength=Lion's Strength

eb=Everlasting Breath
ds=Circle of Nettles
regen=Oaken Vigor
invis=Cloak of Nature
heal=Chlorotrope
where it say's DruidPlayerName change that to your char's name. Then change the list of buffs to suit your char. Or if easier just add an entry like so:

Code: Select all

[PlayerName_RecognizedBuffs]
heal=Light Healing
invis=Camoflage
the part before the " = " is what someone would say to you for that spell, like conv to get conviction. The second part after the " = " is the full spell name.

In gimp_clickies if your scroll down to line 365, this is where all the clickies are defined. If you want to add a clickie that is already supported (like a new DS or Regen clickie) Find the apporpriate portion that has those clickies listed and just add it to the end of the list.

I'm going to add this to the special clickies with it's own define to turn it on and off. I don't know if this is something everyone would want on all the time. For the time being, you can use the /buffself command and have those defined in the ini file with an entry like this:

Code: Select all

[Bard_SelfBuffs]
1=Composers Greaves
with this ini entry there, by clicking a hot key with /buffself in it, it will find your pants, swap them out, click them, and put them back in your bag.

Insert this into your ini file:

Code: Select all

[YourPlayerName]
ClickyIllusion=Amulet of Necropotence
then in game to activate the illusion, type /illusion. It will auto refresh your skele illusion as long as your not on a raid.

As for the proc clicky, I'll look into it, but it may be something more easilly handled by using the /buffslef commands referenced a few posts up.

If your looking for automated healing I'd check out one of the afcleric or autobot macro's here. Krust is geared as a high end raiding / helping macro. Other then buff request handling, not much else to that effect is automated.

not even automated healing, im just wondering if there would be a way to have someone tell soandso, heal my pet, when it sees pet, somehow finds that persons pet and heals it?

guess not though.

You could do that with a simple chat event, I don't have time to make one tonight, too tired, but I'm sure you can sind one somewhere, or maybe someone else can throw together one fast.

Will this UI run with MQ2 off?

Post by Ferinus » Sat May 20, 2006 11:45 am

Okay, this may be dumb, but...

Will this UI opperate without MQ2. I am in a raiding guild and they don't like us to run 3rd party apps while raiding. I'm nice and I turn it off but I like all the extra information and having my inventory on my screen. Can I run just the UI without MQ2?
