I answered this in another post about the focus of the window.
EQ doesn't want you to send keystrokes when its window doesn't have the focus. EQW doesn't care.
Regardless of the fact that MQ gets between the keyboard and the process, EQ STILL knows that it doesn't have the focus, so it will NOT accept keystrokes. Argue all you want, I'm right.
I dunno what's wrong w/ your EQW. /shrug. Works fine for me. Just make sure you're pointing it to eqgame.exe in the EQ directory, and that you're using the NEW EQW, not the old one. Verant nerfed the old one.

Sorry if I sounded mean, I dunna care about reposting. People will argue that MQ will send keystrokes to a minimized EQ window using EQ's native window mode because of its nature as a client attachment. Unless you do something amazing, it won't. Try it.
