Summon arrows with Tolan's Bracer include
Requires VIP plugin: MQ2Cast (which requires MQ2Exchange)
I didn't include checks for other items on the cursor and the delay is a real kludge. I'll probably hash this out more in the future, but I posted what works for the time being.
