I'll wake the dead here and say I have the same problem. Logging in doesn't make the issue go away for me though. I can't use IS at all with eq. I can't click anywhere in the game or eq minimizes. My mouse clicks act as if eq is not even running!

Thanks, ultimateeq. Fixed that /call Cast ".." under FDFAIL, also fixed the bug under Sub Event_Watch that was causing you to not cast Complete Healing. Grab caster5_6.inc, update the #include in canniv4_1.mac, and you'll be casting bro =)
