It doesn't, that's the problem. The folder that I have the files in when I begin compiling is set to read only. And I can uncheck the box and hit apply, and it will appear to be fine, then I start up VS to compile, and it doesn't work properly. I mean, it goes through the motions, output says no err...

So, as of the recent patch. I tried installing with the newest files. Made a new folder, set up the files, and turned off read only, followed instructions. And nothing had changed ...
