I think the problem is this

Download the UI files here (2005.10.02)

which is (I assume) a typo. The files were actually updated 11/02, not 10/02

I have been searching but I cant find an answer anywhere. I took all day getting MQ compiled but now I am getting an error using it with this UI. All the windows are showing "Unknown Label 9999" in areas like player class, level, direction, krust dats pops up and all info says same thing ...

I have several accounts that I'm not playing atm and might have something you're looking for.

All are 65+ and at least Time flagged, with varying skills etc.

I use the exact same UI and HUD ini file for 2 different lvl 70 clerics. Both have the same levels of the skills in question. For Cleric A all of the skills show up correctly. For Cleric B Divine Arb, Purify and CR show as NULL. Have done since the first day I logged on to Cleric B I've no clue what...
