works evertime for me and named mobs, that's what i do when i walk into a zone, is hit / npc # and see what all named are up, but yes sometimes it doesnt' catch all named, there will be some left out and some zones dont even mark there named with the # in front them but most old world zones all have...
Just a side note, if you open all of the bags that will be needed once your int he forge or brew barrel or whatever screen, then you wont have so much code later, just open all the bags then /sendkey down ctrl/shift ,which ever you prefer, will do the trick.
if you have downloaded an old version of MQ from before, there is an included follow.mac that works great for following anything. I use it all the time.
