I use VS.net (Thanks for the 60-day evalution CD, MS! :P ) , which has a small screen at the bottom that records things like test output, search results, and compile errors. Not sure how your setup is, but there should be something similar. You might have it minimized, or something.

I deleted the directory and then unzipped, made the change and all worked fine. So indeed it was user error, but mind giving me a hint why overwriting the old MQ2-Latest directory with the new zip caused such a problem? Either use the CLEAN BUILD option, or the REBUILD option.
