Commenting out the plugins worked. Not sure why EQ started closing after the latest patches of EQ and MQ2

EQ closing when MQ2 (v5131) & (v5184) is running after I select a character. Does not close EQ when MQ2 is not running. I think DBG is adding in MQ2 detection to kill EQ.

I have to download 6.9GB of VSC 2017 compiler files to compile around 3MB of source code. It be much easier for the devs to compile an EXE and post the SHA and a link.
