I got into EQ, ran around pok setting up new gamma etc and noticed there was no window.... I use EQW exclusively as a launcher and all else was normal except , well it doesn't work. Never crashed me or anything by then again never worked. All I can say is that in beta, eqw stopped working and then s...
well that makes me feel even better then ...... *blink* so I guess the offshoot to all that is if guides lose the ability to queue petitions, what purpose are guides? Petitions *were* the only official way to contact a guide right? Am I missing something central here or can we /tell guides now? +Ben...
That time of the morning again where I sit by and scheme how to make el twist a bit more transparent. to that end my question.... Is it possible for MQ to detect when a spell is cast manually from a spell gem. Poked around the manual but found nothing and somehow doubt this is doable. By this I mean...
Oh yes not a week later, another new eqgame but wait, there's more! They decided to make directx 9 manditory!!!! Directx 9 alone is no cause for concern, but EQ's dependance on it really can only mean lots more EQgames in the near future. All I can say is thank goodness for SOE's fast thinking thoug...
gotta admit I so rely on MQ to just take over the druge work of EQ. Even without the 'cheater' map going on or the uber target and /face, the ability to automate the thousands of mindless keypresses it takes to play my chosen class in EQ makes me dependant on MQ to the point where I dread patch days...
The reason you want to get heal over time to work is because those forms of heal are almost no aggro generated.
The preferred way to heal is to use heals over time as much as possible especially after core aa are finished and the buffs last much longer than default.
mad props indeed but then if you sit there complimenting you get labled a kiss ass.
Well if there's one thing I love that's not directed at MQ2, I sooo feel the RTFM comments and can relate to the utter stark mad ravings of Lax on the subject.
to access the zones, go to home town to flag up for ldon, then hit a camp and go to ned's landing. Alternatively you can just travel to jagged pine and zone in behind the gnoll throne. Once in nae landing there's like a green con wayfaring scout (think that's it's name).. hail him and you can go to ...
Also to add to the exp info, after level 60 or so, a mob's base exp per kill really starts to ramp up on a non linear scale. At 65, some of the best exp per kill are pof guardians since they cannot summon (i.e. you can skip out on the insane melee by kiting) and con red. That level 68 really yanks t...
so the 12 step program to getting a title.... 1. Don't bother reading any manual or faq, just ask away! 2. Invoke the name of one of the many admin types and manage to annoy them at the same time. 3. Actually invest effort into MQ's dev and help the project out. So figuring 'decaying skell' really s...
I know! I tried the "param0"=="c".... that's just so frustrating. I'm really not upset easily but damn if a random misplaced ;'s in C gets my goat fast. sooo many thanks. works the charm. Great idea on the cast item. I'm still learning this wonderful scripting lang so that idea i...
ok so good idea on the C flag.... so scrap it all and look up some stuff. I decide to go with ml2517's modified script as it's a bit cleaner to my eyes... | - twist.mac - | | Modified from Colonel's Macro | Modified to current form 12/7/2003 | | Combat Twist Order ------------+ | NonCombat Twist Ord...
