Anyone having problems with the Map on the new release?

I'm not getting any display on my map with 123103 release build. Built fresh today using VS .NET Pro.

Everything else is perfect.

Ok looks like the following lines are causing the problem:

#define CStmlWnd__MakeWndNotificationTag 0x563870

and

#define CStmlWnd__ParseSTMLTable 0x5690D0

in VC .Net here as well.
