Drood.mac casting practice

Moved from Help to here. This is what I use for my level 13 drood. Of course you'll need to adjust for whatever character you use. It is something I patched together myself from code posted here. Removes spam, recasts on fizzle, stops casting whatever discipline once it is maxed. Kudos to everyone w...

Please elaborate on what you mean by the filter now working illogically. It used to work fine as " /filter name add you" and would filter out everything starting off with "you". Now it doesn't.

/filter broken

It appears that since upgrade to latest version 20020905 and the patch, that /filter no longer works. It says that it works, but it doesn't actually filter the text anymore? Bug or feature or just me? For instance, when casting I use "/filter name add your image" and "/filter name add...

A single stack works except it only registers 16...so you lose 4 every hand in

Plazmic, Can you please explain where you get these global values from? I am tryying to write more and more complex macro's that need variables, but am not quite understanding how it works. My understanding is that you made up v98 and v99 and t9, then set the values of v98 and v99 to $p0 and $p1 res...

Hand in

Hey all. Trying to make a macro to hand in stuff and can't quite seem to get it. I'll use the example of the FP muffin quest for faction. I need to pick up a stack (or 16, but a stack is easier at this stage) onto my cursor then click on the npc and give. I can target and spin to face the NPC OK, ho...

Yay! It works now in both normal mode and in conjunction with EQW. Made my first little macro last night that will train my monk.

Targets an NPc, FD, Stand, sneak, stop sneak, instill doubt, rinse repeat. Oh the fun I am going to have.
Thanks for the help guys.

I get the error even if I don't use eqwindows.
I will try a new Download install etc as suggested withoput changing anything and see how I go. Can only hope that the fact it has a double path is the crashing problem...somehow I doubt it though.

Newb needing help :(

Ok here is what I have done so far. Downloaded latest version EQMacro. Extracted to D:\MQ20020706\MQ20020706 (default path when choose extract to D: ) Downloaded latest eqgame.ini and put it in above path. IE same directory as macroquest.ini. Checked datestamp of eqgame.exe and changed eqgame.ini an...
