It worked for me with teh GSAY method. You need to set your language in EQ's default chat window - IE, the one that never has a close button.

mindist is the closest you want to get to the target, maxdist the farthest you want to be, and fast dist I have no idea. I just know all three need to be set, and that for a normal fight in, say, LDoN, "5 15 12" is perfect, and things get wonky if the fastdist is alot bigger than the maxdist

Hud: AAExp, RegExp, LeaderExp, more

I use this in 1024x768 mode, and it sits up under the lag metre. Target level and class float above the cursor when something is targeted, otherwise, cursor appears as normal. This is somewhat odd (was accidental)... but I like it :) [Elements] GameTime=3,5,45,255,0,0,GameTime - ${GameTime} - Night=...

Beastlord assist macro

Original coding borrowed from Grimjack's rogue-assist.mac and modified alot to work with a beastlord. New coding done by me, with alot of help from Dman. All you have to do is hit assist, or target a critter and hit your autoattack key, to run this. The script will auto-kick, and heal if you are bel...

ok, i see why it wasn't doing the ability... it's /doability "Kick" not /doability Kick. Now, macro is working :) EDIT: changed /if (!${DoKick}) /return to /if (${DoKick}== FALSE) /return - now it will actually do the kick part. |bstlrd-assist.mac |Beastlord Melee assist macro. |version 1....

ok, just tested it out on my rogue, renaming kick to backstab for the doabilities part (My beast is sorta, um, camped in a dumb spot.). It caused no errors, but it doesn't do the ability, and it runs you and circles and over the target, and turns off autoattack. No matter how many times you turn it ...

Since you posted here instead of VIP, can I ask you what your reasoning was when posting the original unmodified macro that you KNOW was broken along with your fixed version, and yet just waving your hand when it came to "errors out the wazoo"? Such things boggle me. For starters, put a /...

Need help with this macro conversion

Ok, I posted this in the VIP help section, but it seems that only Dman was able to help - and neither of us got it to work right, anyways. First, is the original conversion attempt, by myself (It errored like mad, plus wasn't completely converted - I didn't know what should be changed to what :( ): ...

Read the manual, read the kazillion posts all asking the same questions, read stickied posts.

Hun, it's all in the manual, and reasonable easy to understand.
Just open up your 'Realease folder' and read the file called 'Readme.html'.
