can anyone link or write a simple auto atk mac ?

basically i train the zone with mobs and kill them all at a certain spot, and when i turn the mac on, it will,

auto target mob, atk on, rinse and repeat till all the mobs died. dont need delays in between, need fast kills.

Hi guys, i play on emu server, i often pull a big train and then clear it. what i do now is, TAB, Q, TAB, Q .... until last mob dies.
is there a mac that can auto target next mob and atk on when a mob dies ? so that i can sit back and watch until all the mobs die ?
